Here's the low down for the next while so you can get your order in at the library/book store or source out these books from among your family and friends!

• June - Short and Sweet.... (hostess: Danielle)

• August - Library Kit (hostess: Sarah)

                  - Stories from the Vinyl Cafe by Stuart McLean

                  - meeting on Thursday, August 8th 
                      * note that this is actually the 2nd Thursday of the month
                  - any volunteers to pick up the HPL kit... I understand you have to list your top 3 
                  choices so we may want to pull out our other options (The Birth House; Three Day 
                   Road) as our 2nd and 3rd choices.  I think we get the kit for 6 weeks so the books 
                   could be handed out at the July 4th meeting and returned at the Aug 8th meeting.

• September - Reader's Choice (hostess: Karen)

          - this is typically our "classics" month, but we're skipping that this year to do CMB's next book; we read The Day the Falls Stood Still in July 2011.  We all loved the book and had a great skype chat with Cathy, too!

• November - Muckraking Madness (hostess: Chandra)

                    - the Body Project by Joan Jacobs Brumberg

                    - meeting on Thursday, November 7th

• December - Get Cooking (hostess: Stephanie)

                  - You Gotta Eat Here by John Catucci and Michael Vlessides

                  * note that this book is not yet released in paperback so if you spot a good deal on this one,

                    please pass the info along to everyone!
